A Fresenius Medical Care, líder global em produtos e serviços de diálise, precisava fortalecer a conexão de seus representantes comerciais espalhados pelo Brasil com os valores e metas da empresa. Distantes geograficamente, essas equipes careciam de soluções de comunicação que aproximassem pessoas, cultura e propósito.
Desafio
Criar plataformas e soluções de comunicação que fossem eficazes e, ao mesmo tempo, naturais no dia a dia da equipe comercial. O projeto exigia ir além da consultoria estratégica: era necessário traduzir diretrizes em experiências engajadoras, capazes de alinhar discurso, incentivo e prática cotidiana.

Desenvolvemos uma jornada completa — do estratégico ao tático, da cocriação à execução. Criamos plataformas digitais com recursos de redes sociais e soluções gamificadas, incluindo um game social no Facebook que transformou metas em experiências coletivas.
